Social responsibility: protecting data and personal information about clients / patients

We consider it important to respect the confidentiality of information about those with whom we work: suppliers, investors, partners, patients and participants in clinical trials.

There are, however, cases when legal research and business activities of the company may require medical records of patients or collection of personal information.

Our privacy policy focuses on several principles (presented below), but is not limited by them:

  • Necessity - we must set business goals for which we use and collect personal information and, if possible, do not use information that can be identified.
  • Notification and selection - we must inform about the use and collection of personal information. In addition, in general, we must provide the right to express objections or “refuse” from the use of personal information.
  • Data integrity - personal information must be accurate, complete and up-to-date, as it is stipulated in agreements and notices.
  • Security and transfer - we must take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or alteration.
  • Protecting the privacy of personal information is also a matter of law. We must follow all legal requirements in addition to our own company’s standards.
