Description:

Ceftriaxone is the most commonly used cephalosporin of the third generation with a broad antimicrobial spectrum. It is the agent of choice to treat a wide variety of severe community-acquired and nosocomial infections. Ceftriaxone has long half-life, which allows administering the daily dose in one infusion. This formulation is intended for intravenous infusion.
